It's a one-off conversation with Andy on video-call, and you can you use the session in one of two ways:
- For you to get a strong sense of what might be possible, working with our techniques and practices. Structural changes to your life are obviously not going to happen in one session, but you can get a sense of strong pathways for resilience and adaptation that might grow from your current circumstances, and begin the journey to realising a deeper potential.
- For you to work through, with a thoughtful professional, some of the deeper questions around the polycrisis/meta-crisis and the notions of adaptation and resilience. Many people, for example, have reservations about resilience-building as an individual effort, in a world that desperately needs collective action in areas such as conservation and climate change. Navigating such questions through contextual sense-making can be integralto our clarity of purpose, and is one of Andy's strengths.
Taking the first route. it's a chance to get to know Andy's approach first-hand, and get into detail about what you would like to explore and accomplish. The extra time allows us to go well beyond the goodness-of-fit conversation in the level of depth and detail, and in some cases might be all you need to get started on a significant project.
Taking the second route, Andy's perspective might help resolve important questions subtly holding you back, or the conversation might give you the support to access your own wisdom. We all need other human minds in order to know our own.
Or perhaps you might combine both approaches.
